Jan Marie Halphen is the producer and host of the Catholic television ministry and program "Upon This Rock." She has been producing since 1995. Her calling emerged as a result of her prayer time with God while she was in University (U.S.C.) and while working at a local cable station as a part of her internship.

"Upon This Rock" programs have aired in California, Ohio, Hawaii and New York. Cable station coverage has included: Charter Communications (Malibu), Cox Communications, Adelphia, Comcast, TCI, Time-Warner and Hawaii Community Television (Oahu, Maui, Molokai, Lanai, and Kauai). Coverage has now extended worldwide on EWTN (Eternal Word Television Network) with the airing of "The Maronite Trilogy - The Glory of Lebanon" television special.

The anointing of God, the Holy Spirit continues to flow throughout the programs she has both produced and hosted. Hundreds of letters, which she has received over the years, attest to the healing power of God, which comes through this ministry. Many viewers have been healed while watching the programs.

In the secular arena, Jan Marie has also produced and hosted the financial program "Money Matters." She covered stories as an intern field producer for KCAL Channel 9, in Los Angeles and acted as anchor and reporter for "Newsbreak" on KCRW 89.9 FM where she delivered the newscast live.

Jan Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Southern California. She has held a membership with RTNA (Radio and Television News Association). Currently she is a member of CCSC (Catholic Communicator's Association of Southern California).

Jan Marie is a member of the Pauline Family (Order which includes the Daughters of St. Paul). As a Pauline Cooperator she continues in daily prayer for all viewers.
